This is a progressive training plan = each week the workouts become harder. Do the recommended workout a minimum of 3 times per week (ex: Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and a maximum of 7 times per week. This will depend on your current physical ability.  If you are too sore to train properly, listen to your body and adjust your training accordingly. 

Below each video you will notice the option to download three different files. The first is a PDF outline of the session with all of the recommended exercises. The second and third are complete video and audio files. You can always video the files on this page or download the files so you can watch / listen while you train without an Internet connection.
